go to link Last Week I flew out to NYC for New York Fashion Week where I attended numerous fashion events and networked with a number of people . One of the events I attended was hosted and assembled by Jordana Hazan – founder of A Cosmo Life & the “Fashion Against Bullying” concept. The event venue was sponsored by The Attic NYC, Located in downtown Manhattan in the Heart of the Fashion Week Festivities. Jordana of A Cosmo Life – came up with the “Fashion Against Bullying” concept for New York Fashion Week, because she suffered a tragic but relatable experience of bullying throughout her adolescence , causing her to experience anorexia and self esteem issues. As time passed she was able to overcome the anorexia by realizing the value of inner beauty. In present time she is 16 weeks pregnant and wants her unborn daughter to understand these issues, and also know her mother made a difference to help pave a positive future.
follow “I want to thank everyone who made this incredible evening possible. I plan on taking this concept all over the country throughout various Fashion Weeks. I want to specifically thank my family for always being supportive of me and my fiancée Marcelo Guimaraes, who has made me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world everyday we have been together”. -Jordana Hazan
go site The event was very uplifting showing several positive messages throughout , including MSA Models plus size model Lauren Karaman, who posed throughout the evening in a nude leotard and guests were encouraged to write a message of love on her body. This alone I felt was the most powerful feature of the event, I was heavily impressed by the wealth of positivity written on her body.

Following this an edgy live performance by Joe Galaxy straight out of Miami. Joe Galaxy performed his current hit single “Drinkin The Night Away”, while also donating 200 bespoke tees made for the “Fashion Against Bullying” cause (which I happened to grab one for myself)
