Working with AI image generation tools, I developed a systematic workflow to create brand-consistent lifestyle imagery. Starting with an empty room and mantle generated through ChatGPT (fed with reference images), I then added Ashley product SKUs one-by-one using Nanobana to maintain lighting consistency and spatial relationships.
The Process:
Room Generation: Fed reference images to ChatGPT to establish the base environment
Product Integration: Added SKUs individually using Nanobana for lighting/consistency control
Refinement: Adobe Photoshop Generative Fill and Firefly for detail work
Quality Control: Adobe Harmonize tool for color/lighting cohesion
Quality Control Challenge:
ChatGPT initially altered product details during generation. Through vigorous prompting refinement and Photoshop editing, I ensured SKU accuracy matched source images exactly—a critical learning for maintaining brand integrity in AI-generated content.
Iterations: 7 versions to achieve final result
