THE ASK
Create a cinematic “hype video” for the launch of the new Ashley Luxe brand to be premiered at High Point Market.
The Challenge: I had a 3-day deadline and zero product photography existed. The only assets available were line art , Two CGI renders and preliminary sketches. I needed to visualize all the products, animate them, and create a high-end commercial sizzle reel from scratch in under 72 hours.

CREATIVE DIRECTION
Elegant, sophisticated, and mysterious. The goal was to tease the new high-end furniture line for the “top ticket” customer. The pacing needed to be medium-fast—building anticipation without fully revealing every detail, creating an aura of exclusivity.
Visual Approach: Cinematic lighting, premium textures, and elevated motion design
Mood: Luxury fashion editorial meets high-end interior design
REFERENCE AND VISUALIZATION
From Sketch to Green Screen: Since no photos existed, I used the product sketches to generate the assets.

THE PROCESS
“The Impossible Workflow” To bypass the lack of photography, I developed a rapid “Sketch-to-Video” pipeline:
AI Product Visualization: Fed original line art and sketches into Adobe Firefly and Nanobana to generate photorealistic high-res images of the furniture.
Asset Prep: Processed these AI generations in Photoshop, isolating the furniture and creating clean green screen plates.
AI Animation: Used Runway and Firefly to animate the static AI images, adding subtle rotation, lighting shifts, and movement to make them feel like video footage.
Environment Creation: Designed custom luxury backgrounds in Photoshop and After Effects to match the Luxe branding.
Compositing & Edit: Composited the AI-animated green screen assets into the custom environments in After Effects, adding lighting effects, color grading, and motion graphics to sell the realism.
Quality Control:
Despite the speed, the AI generations had to match the sketches perfectly to ensure the product shown at High Point Market was accurate to the physical furniture on the floor.

Speed to Market: Delivered a full brand launch asset in 3 days—a timeline impossible with traditional 3D modeling or photography.
Deliverable: 60-second Hype Video Distribution: Premiered on screens at the High Point Market showroom alongside the physical product debut.
Creative Achievement: Successfully launched a new brand identity under extreme constraints. The video allowed buyers to visualize the lifestyle of the product line before seeing the full collection, driving excitement for the Luxe launch.
